2 hour hand-building Class
Saturday October 19th: 1pm to 3pm
There’s never a shortage of uses for cute little ceramic dishes around the house - be it for condiments or other accompaniments, jewellery or other precious treasures. Personalise your pieces for your own home or as gifts for your loved ones.
We’ll be rolling out clay slabs to make a range of small scale, multipurpose dishes using hand-forming techniques. Simple and easy, this is an ideal class for those with little or no clay experience.
As we will only be making small pieces, you can expect to make a number of items during the class. Make a matching set, or make them all unique - it’s up to you!
You’re most welcome to bring along your own stamps or textures (e.g. lace, doilies, packaging, leaves, flowers) to experiment with.
This class includes :
- White stoneware clay
- Firing costs
- Choice of 3 gloss glazes (our glaze colour options vary from term to term)
- All tools provided to share
